Lilac Contest 2013

Here are my latest Lilac Images for this year’s contest. They were all taken in my neighborhood. Help me pick one.

 

Bennington Battle Monument and the Hildene Center

Brent and I went on a Sunday excursion together. We looped through Bennington and Manchester, Vt. stopping at Woodford State Park for lunch, the Bennington Monument, Bennington Museum and the Hildene Center (Mary Todd’s residence-Lincoln’s wife). I highly recommend the Hildene Center, but a little expensive-$16 bucks! Brent like the restored Pullman car, but did not understand why it was in the woods. Images were processed with a combination of Photomatrix, Photoshop CS2, and Photoshop Lightroom.
   

Hazen Trail Falls-Wilder, VT

This is my favorite waterfall in the Upper Valley. You need to be careful not to break your neck getting down to it. I took some different angles this time. I wish there was just a little less sun when I took the shots. I took 9-12 exposures and used Photomatrix and Lightroom.

Brent and Cereal

Every morning when I look at Brent eating his cereal, he reminds me of the the 1970’s Mikey commercial. So, today the three of us put together a version of our commercial. (click the black box below)
